CannaTrade is the international Hemp trade fair of Switzerland.
Over the past years what started out as a small Swiss Hemp fair has become an event known worldwide and a popular reference for the entire Hemp market.
After eight years exhibiting in Bern CannaTrade relocated to Basel in 2009. In 2010 the hemp fair will take place again in Basel. The reason is mainly the positive feedback for this location which is also of interest relating the airport and the direct border area to Germany and France.

In 2010 we celebrate the 10th edition of CannaTrade. Ten years are not that much time in world history but ten years in the “latest hemp history” is a long time we think. We are happy and even a bit proud that we never hesitated to move forward though times of trouble and that we still play an essential part in the Swiss as well as in the international hemp branch.
We are glad to welcome you all at the 10 jubilee of CannaTrade. With some modifications and improvements relating the fair we would be appreciated to celebrate this birthday with you.

Visitors:
between 9’000 – 12'000 per edition, particularly coming from Switzerland, Germany, France and Italy as well as business visitors from all over the world
